However, Upon customer request, Surface parcel are also welcome, but not recommended.It not only long time to wait also damage ratio is very high. HAWK-RC would not bear the liability of damage by surface parcel.

Length 1.05m, length and girth combined 2m.
These countries may need ship by EMS if the packing size is over(packing size mentioned in the product description.)
In case the packing is over the limit. These countries MAY ship by EMS. However, some countries also can not ship by EMS for this item. Please contact me for enquiry if you see your country in the following link..
Customers may requested to pay the difference cost if Air Parcel was selected.

RETTUNING MALFUNCTION ITEM(s) :
If the merchandise malfunctions due to a proved manufacturing defect by agency, the customer can get replacement for the same model by report defective item(s) by email within 24 hours after receiving the order. Return the malfunction items to us in its original condition. we will send replacement after the return item arrived and inspected by us. We will bare the shipping charge of sending replacement. Customer need to bare the shipping cost of returning the malfunction item(s).
If the malfunction item are out of stock, the customers can choose the following way to settle the case.
A: To exchange others products from us pay or refund the difference payment paid by the original trade.
B: Waiting for the coming stock.
C: Cancelled the trade get money back without shipping cost. |
